It is recommended to provide a visual guide for the pose/expression. No references are too crude (except generative AI), even a simple stickman will suffice.

Commissioned artwork are for personal use only e.g., profile pictures, banners, and posts with credit to the artist.  

Printing for non-profit purpose are allowed in moderation with a maximum of 20 pieces per medium.  

Commissioned piece for V-tuber activities that includes streams, videos, advertisements, merchandise or any similar monetized instances are considered commercial works and must be discussed beforehand.  

Reproduction and resale of commissioned artwork in any forms are strictly prohibited.  

Use of AI in any kind, shape or form is strictly prohibited. No modification, dataset training, enhancement using the commissioned artwork are allowed. This includes uses like Grok, Chat GPT, Sora AI, and any other AI tools.

Methods:
         a. PayPal — 4,5% transaction fee will be applied.
         b. BCA/QRIS — Strictly for Indonesian and ASEAN countries (excluding Singapore).
         c. Paynow — Available for Singapore only.

Payment after sketch.
         a. Full payment only.
         b. Invoices will be due in 2 weeks by default. Commission will be voided when there's no payment on due date.

Refund policy:
         a. Full refund can be requested before the work begins.
                 i. For international orders, it will be the net amount I received after transaction fee deducted.

Please communicate first to resolve any issue before filing chargebacks.

Private commissions i.e., your artwork will not be publicized unless you chose to do so — +35% of final price.  

Major revision during final stage i.e., redrawing the entire piece — +350% of final price.  

Additional revisions — IDR 10,000 or USD 10 per revision. Please use your free chances wisely.

                 i. The production must be capped at fixed amount.
         c. Please note that minimal attribution to the artist is still required.

Standard commissions:
         a. 3 times each stage (draft, line and render).
         b. Additional fees will be charged for further revisions.
         c. Minor revisions are free. Major revisions that requires overhaul or redraw will be charged.
         d. Multiple points in 1 message is considered as 1 revision as well as alterations made according to the request! Anything that deviates from the original point(s) will be counted as new revision.
         e. Only minor revision e.g., color adjustments are allowed on final stage.

Semi surprise:
         a. 2 times between draft and render.

Skeb:
         a. Due to the commission's nature, please give as much details as possible in the character brief. Minor revisions e.g., color adjustments are allowed at final render.

Turnaround time:
         a. 1 week to 4 months.
         b. The commission speed depends on your response rate and real life schedule.
         c. Paid commission will be prioritized first.

What you get:
         a. Final artwork sent via email in .png image format. You may request other alternatives you're comfortable with.
         b. Minimum resolution used is 300dpi.
         c. Final version doesn't include the original file, but you may request the final artwork in RGB or CMYK format for printing purpose (it will be in .psd file format).
